Our Practice

Specialist advisory across
industries that rely on
skilled migration

Our practice has developed from over eight years of experience in employer-sponsored international recruitment. We have worked extensively with businesses in the automotive, panel beating and spray painting trades, healthcare, and broader skilled occupations where employer sponsorship is the primary pathway to workforce solutions.

This background informs how we approach migration advisory — with an understanding of the employer’s operational context, the candidate’s professional circumstances, and the compliance obligations that sit across both.

We advise Australian businesses on their obligations as approved sponsors and assist them in building compliant, sustainable international workforce strategies.

We assist skilled professionals in understanding their visa options, preparing strong applications, and meeting post-grant conditions through to permanent residency.

Where we act for both employer and nominee in the same matter, conflicts of interest are managed through formal disclosure in accordance with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct Regulations 2021.

How We Work

A considered approach
to every matter

Assessment

Every engagement begins with a thorough assessment of the relevant circumstances — whether that is a business seeking to sponsor overseas workers or an individual pursuing a skilled migration pathway. We review eligibility, applicable visa options, likely processing considerations and any compliance obligations or constraints before any work commences. You receive clear written advice at this stage.

Strategy & Engagement

On the basis of our assessment, we establish the recommended course of action and agree on the scope of engagement. Our service agreement defines precisely what we will do, what is required from you, and what to expect at each stage of the process.

Preparation, Lodgement & Beyond

We manage the complete matter from document preparation through to lodgement and grant — including all forms, statutory declarations, supporting evidence, departmental correspondence and ImmiAccount management. Following grant, we provide a full briefing on applicable conditions, obligations and any onward steps relevant to your matter.
