For Professionals & Families

Skilled migration pathways and family settlement

We assist skilled professionals navigating employer-sponsored and independent visa pathways to Australia, and their families in joining them once their primary visa is granted.

Your Pathway

Employer-sponsored pathways

If an Australian employer is willing to sponsor you, this is typically the fastest route to working and living in Australia. We assist you from the point of nomination through to visa grant — and beyond, toward permanent residency where applicable.

Independent skilled pathways

If you are not currently sponsored by an employer, you may be eligible to apply through the points-tested skilled migration program. We assess your profile, advise on your points position, coordinate your skills assessment and manage your expression of interest through SkillSelect.

Migration Services

Beyond the visa application

A visa application is often the final step in a longer process. We assist clients across the full range of pre-application and advisory services that determine whether an application succeeds.

EOI & Points Strategy

We assess your points position against current invitation rounds and advise on how to maximise your score before submitting an Expression of Interest through SkillSelect.

Skills Assessment Coordination

We manage your skills assessment application with the relevant assessing body — including Trades Recognition Australia (TRA), Engineers Australia, VETASSESS and others — and advise on documentation requirements.

employer-sponsored and direct entry permanent pathways.

Pathway Consultation

A standalone advisory session for professionals who need clarity on their options before committing to a visa pathway. We provide a written summary of your options, eligibility and recommended next steps.

Employer Sponsor Identification

For professionals without a current employer sponsor, we provide guidance on how to approach the Australian labour market and identify employers with existing or potential sponsorship capability.

State Nomination Advisory

We advise on state and territory nomination requirements, occupation lists and invitation trends for Subclass 190 and 491 applicants.

Post-Grant Compliance

Following visa grant, we brief you on your visa conditions, work rights, reporting obligations and any steps required toward your next visa or permanent residence application.

Family & Settlement

Bringing your family to Australia

Once your primary visa has been granted, we assist in bringing the people who matter most. We handle subsequent entrant and secondary applicant lodgements for spouses, partners and dependent children across a wide range of primary visa types — including Subclass 482, 186, 494, 189, 190, 491, 500 and 485 holders, among others.

Subsequent entrants & secondary applicants

Spouses, de facto partners and dependent children of primary visa holders can apply to join the primary holder in Australia as subsequent entrants or be included as secondary applicants. We prepare and lodge these applications and advise on work and study rights applicable to each visa type.

Family visa applications

We assist with standalone family visa applications for clients whose family members are not subsequent entrants to an existing visa. This includes:

  • Partner visas — onshore (Subclass 820/801) and offshore (Subclass 309/100) for spouses and de facto partners of Australian citizens, permanent residents and eligible New Zealand citizens
  • Prospective Marriage Visa (Subclass 300) — for fiancé(e)s of Australian citizens intending to marry and remain in Australia
  • Parent visas — Contributory Parent (Subclass 143/173) and standard Parent (Subclass 103) applications

Assess your options

Every migration situation is different. We recommend starting with a pathway consultation before committing to any application. Enquiries by email or WhatsApp.
