Shreya brings over eight years of experience in employer-sponsored international recruitment to her migration advisory practice. Having worked extensively across the full lifecycle of employer-sponsored placements — from candidate sourcing and employer engagement through to visa coordination and onboarding — she has developed a practical understanding of the migration framework that goes beyond the technical requirements of the legislation.
Her background spans the automotive trades, healthcare and broader skilled occupations, and her work has consistently focused on addressing workforce shortages faced by Australian businesses through compliant and sustainable international staffing solutions.
As a migrant herself, Shreya has a personal understanding of the challenges and uncertainties that accompany an international move. This informs the way she engages with her clients — directly, clearly and with genuine investment in outcomes.
Shreya is registered as a migration agent under the Migration Act 1958 and is bound by the Code of Conduct prescribed by OMARA.

Orbit Migration Advisory provides immigration assistance across employer-sponsored, skilled independent and family visa categories.
Our practice is built around three client groups — Australian businesses navigating the sponsorship framework, skilled professionals pursuing work and residency pathways, and families seeking to settle together in Australia.
We operate as an entirely online practice. All consultations, document exchanges and client communications are conducted remotely.
All engagements are governed by a formal service agreement, and all immigration assistance is provided in accordance with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct Regulations 2021.

Orbit Consulting Australia
Orbit Migration Advisory operates alongside Orbit Consulting Australia Pty Ltd — a specialist international recruitment practice focused on sourcing skilled overseas candidates for Australian employers.
The two businesses are separate legal entities with distinct roles. Where an employer engages both practices, migration and recruitment services are provided under separate agreements.
This alliance allows us to offer Australian businesses a connected solution — candidate identification through Orbit Consulting, and migration compliance through Orbit Migration Advisory.
